Guest notice

All guests who make reservations are advised to read the following guest instructions carefully.

​ When the guest completes the payment for the reservation, they understand that they agree and will abide by the following rules.

【Booking Process】

  1. Request booking date, timeslot, quantity of person, event purpose via WhatsApp.

  2. We will send you order details with total amount + $1000 deposit and payment requests after received your information.
    ​（If the total amount is over $4000, +$2000 deposit is needed.)
    （If the total amount is over $10000, +$4000 deposit is needed.)

  3. We can accept bank transfer/ FPS. Please send us the payment record as confirmation.
    * We hopes to provide you with a  comfortable space, so there is no staff stay in the venue,  guidelines for the use of venue will be provided. Since this venue is fully self-service, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding.
    (However, if the order amount is more than $10,000, you can pay 50% in advance to confirm the reservation, and the remaining 50% must be paid 2 days before the event. The amount paid is not refundable for any reason)

  4. We will send you booking confirmation message after received your payment. Booking Successful!

【Notes for Appointment】

  • There is no verbal reservation for the venue, and the reservation must be based on the submission of proof of payment and confirmation of receipt of the payment.

  • Please pay within 24 hours after the order is sent. Failure to pay the amount on time will be regarded as abandoning the appointment.

  • If the number of people on the day increases, you need to pay the extra fee per head, and all admissions will be charged uniformly regardless of the length of stay. The payment will be collected on the same day or deducted from the deposit.

    If the number of people on the day decreases, the amount of people booked at the time of booking must be paid, and there is no refund. It is recommended to make an appointment to determine the number of people who will attend the event.

  • Guests are requested to arrive at the venue on time, no extra time will be set for late arrivals under any circumstances. If you are late for more than 60 minutes and do not notify us via Whatsapp/phone, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and the entire amount will be confiscated and no refund will be provided.

  • We don't provide collection service.

  • The venue space is limited, we can't offer any storage services. Guests must take away all personal belongings and items when they finish the booking. If there are any items left on the venue, they will automatically be regarded as abandoned by the guests and will be discarded during cleaning the next day.

【Deposit Arrangement】

The deposit is not calculated in the venue rental fee

  • The deposit is to ensure that the users of the venue cherish the venue items and keep the venue clean.

  • You are welcome to bring your own drinks and food. If you bring any alcoholic beverages, you will need to pay a corkage fee of $500 (one-time fee)​
    〈For Sheung Wan ：corkage fee $1000 is needed.〉

  • If you've use any tablewares, please wash them before leave.

  • If there is any damage, didn't close electrical appliances before leave, make the venue too dirty such as spilled drinks, vomit, and food waste, Spaco reserves the right to deduct the deposit as a service fee/compensation fee. (Reference as below)
    - Didn't close oven : $2000
    - Didn't close air-conditioner : $800
    - Didn't close lights or other electrical appliances: $500
    - Didn't wash used tablewares: $500
    - Cleanning fee if too dirty     :$800
    - Compensation fee depends on the item's value if any damage made.

  • If the equipment is severely damaged, the site loss shall be compensated according to the price.

  • It takes time to check the venue, and the company promises that if there is no such situation, it will be refunded in full by transfer/FPS within 24 hours after leaving the venue.

【Cancellation and change of appointment】

  • If you decide to cancel/change one week before the original appointment date, you can refund half of the amount/change the appointment date once for free
    (Can only choose a day within two weeks after the original date).

  • If you change from weekdays to weekends, you will be charged at the weekend rate; if you change from weekends to weekdays, you will also be charged for the weekend rate. Everything is subject to the higher price.

  • If the party is temporarily cancelled or the change cannot be notified on time, the funds will not be refunded.

  • For all cancellations or changes, please contact us on Whatsapp.

【Black Rain Warning / Special Arrangement for Gale Signal No. 8】

  • All appointments within the affected period can be postponed once, and you can choose a day within 7 days from the original date.

  • We will re-open within 1 hour after the signal drops. If there are special requirements, we may try to postpone it as the case may be.

  • If the customer chooses to proceed as scheduled, he shall bear his own risk and cannot temporarily cancel/change it afterwards. In this case, all funds will be confiscated and no refund will be provided.

  • spaco reserves the right of final decision on rescheduling arrangements.

【CCTV & Recording】

Do not cut off the power of the CCTV or cover the lens in any form without authorization.
The venue is equipped with CCTV and video recording. If any person does not abide by the rules of the venue or commits dangerous or illegal acts, or we believe that the situation is special, we reserve the right to refuse such persons to enter or request them to leave the venue with no refund and compensation.

【BBQ】

**Weather is a force majeure factor**

  • Guests are responsible for any weather problems/impact on the day of the activity.

  • BBQ packages are non-cancellable/refundable.

  • ​If you need to hire helper for bbq, you can inquire via WhatsApp.

【Self-decoration】

  • You may decorate venue by your own. However, do not damage any  facilities and walls. Otherwise, we will claim the compensation with you.

  • If you want to paste any decoration on the wall, please paste the masking tape on the wall first.

  • ​Guests are required to clean up all decorations themselves, otherwise there will be $500 cleaning fee.

  • If you need to arrive early for setup, additional fees will be charged (as follows):
    Wan Chai/Causeway Bay/Central: $500 per hour
    Tsim Sha Tsui/ Kwun Tong: $800 per hour
    Sheung Wan: Room A $800 per hour/ Room B $1200 per hour/ Room A+B $2000 per hour

【Other】

  • The venue is designed to cater to different customers. The internal equipment is not suitable for children. Parents or guardians are kindly requested to pay attention.

  • The venue does not accept pets, thank you for your understanding.

  • The venue would not take any responsiblities if there are any accident or loss of property.

  • spaco reserves the right to change the above terms. In case of any dispute, spaco reserves the right to make the final decision on the dispute and any issues related to these terms.
